Guest Profile: Unmarried couples are not allowed. This is a family-friendly establishment.

Accepted ID Proofs: Passport, Aadhaar Card, and Driving License are accepted as valid ID proof. Local IDs are permitted.

Government Regulation: As per government regulations, a valid photo ID must be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. Without a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.

Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is not allowed within the property premises.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted within designated areas of the premises.

Food Policy: Non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Outside food is permitted. Food delivery services and in-room dining are not available.

Accessibility: The property is accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. Guests are requested to carry their own wheelchair.

Events & Visitors: Private parties or events are not allowed. Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors into their rooms during their stay.

Adult Extra Bed: An extra mattress for an additional guest is available for a charge of ₹500 per guest (to be paid at the property).

Right of Admission: GPG Residency reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in or if they pose as a 'couple' without marital proof. We are not responsible for any check-in denials due to these reasons.

Check-in/Check-out Timing: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

Booking Modification: For any updates or modifications, applicable charges may apply. Modified bookings are subject to availability and the hotel's revised booking policy. Any special offers or discounts from the original booking will be forfeited upon modification.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the room type and the fare policy selected at the time of booking.
